Energy

5 kWp south-facing solar panels, optional 1-3 kW vertical wind turbine for winter complement. LiFePO4 batteries from 15 to 30 kWh depending on package. Victron MultiPlus or Voltronic 5-12 kW inverter. Full installation with electrical certificate, grid-tie compatible if desired.

Water

Rainwater harvesting from roof, coarse filter, UV filtration, 5,000 to 10,000 L tank. Pressurisation pump. Autonomy calculated per occupancy and local rainfall data (AEMET Granadilla).

Waste

3,000-6,000 L biodigester for blackwater. Greywater treated through artificial wetland compliant with RD 1620/2007. No cesspools, no direct discharge.

Automation

Shelly + Raspberry Pi 5 with local dashboard. Real-time monitoring of consumption, battery and tank. WhatsApp alerts via Evolution API. No mandatory cloud, no subscriptions.
